I Life With Purpose, LLC d/b/a 1Purpose (“1Purpose” or “we” or “us” or the “Website”) is committed to responsible information handling practices.

1.  Use and Collection of Information

a.         Provided Content

            When you sign up and register an account on the Website, you provide us with a username, email address, birth date, and other contact and personal information. The personal information you provide to us may include credit card, billing and contact information, and information you provide us through customer service correspondence and general feedback.  In certain situations, we may ask for additional information for security purposes and account verification, or in order to provide you with specific services.  Once you create an account on the Website, you may provide additional information about yourself by connecting with other users.  While you may not delete essential provided information, you may edit your page to hide this information from other users by accessing the help page.

            Minors under the age of 18 may register on the Website.  However, we will request that the parent or guardian jointly sponsor the minor’s account and be listed on the registration information as the primary contact.  Should the minor’s parent or guardian request that the minor’s page be taken down, the material will be removed from the Website as soon as possible.

            You have the ability to review, change and correct the personally identifiable information you provide us.  If you are a registered user, you can change your personally identifiable information at any time on your personal settings. If you are a registered user, you may also request that we remove from our databases the information you provided when you registered by emailing us at support@1purpose.com.  If you are not a registered user, but have provided personally identifiable information to us, you may make changes by emailing us at support@1purpose.com

            Even after you remove information or delete your account, copies of that information may remain viewable if you have shared or sent them to other users or third parties.  Your name will no longer be associated with that information on our Website, but third parties may retain your information to the extent allowed by their terms of conditions and privacy policies.
